"Thais did an absolutely amazing job designing my house in Suffolk Park and has continued to help with additional projects. She worked with me from initial ideas for floor plans through to advice for interior soft furnishings. I was immediately impressed when she began by spending time on the block to absorb the unique aspects of the land, light and energy. Thais took this knowledge and did an incredible job of combining it with my preferences (and budget) and with her experience. She then gently guided me towards the optimum outcome, forever keeping my choices as the priority.I came to really look forward to the creative collaborations of our planning sessions with 3D computer modeling that slowly brought the house into form. It was on her recommendations that I chose the builder Balanced Earth after meeting with two other companies. Together they created a harmonious team and ensured that I felt included in the creative process and built details as part of a cohesive team.The result was more than I could ever have hoped for. Thais successfully took the key details that were most important to me and added her practical and creative flare. There are stylish design details that I never would have thought of such as the angling of the living area with the upper section of the split level floor plan, the timber slatting and the plaster walls in the en-suite bathroom. These became some of my favorite aspects of the house.Thais was readily available to help solve during the build and continued to come up with creative details to enhance the ascetic and liveability of the home. Since the completion of the build she has further helped with additional landscaping and added features including my new outdoor sauna and cold plunge!If I was ever to build again I would for sure work with Thais again and I highly recommend her for any project."  Becky - The Ridge View House
